1. Minors above 12 years old must order the adult set menu. Please take note of this.
2. Guests in the same group are required to book the same set menu.
3. The set menu contents and images are for reference only. Dishes may be subject to change; please take note of this.
4. Please select a valid reservation time. To improve the success rate of your booking, we recommend keeping a few backup dates in mind.
5. Please provide a specific and reachable contact method (an email address or a working phone number).
6. Please state the actual number of guests attending, and (if applicable) be sure to note the age of any minors in the group.
7. If applicable, please inform customer service in advance of any dietary restrictions, food allergies (including alcohol), or ingredients you cannot accept. Customer service will notify the restaurant in advance to arrange for ingredient substitutions.
8. Some restaurants have dress code requirements; please dress appropriately for your meal.
9. Please arrive at the reservation location on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your reservation may be cancelled.

Cancellation made more than 10 days before the use date: No reservation fee will be charged.
Cancellation made from 5 to 10 days before the use date: 30% of the reservation fee will be charged.
Cancellation made from 3 to 5 days before the use date: 50% of the reservation fee will be charged.
Cancellation made from 2 days before up to the day before the use date: 70% of the reservation fee will be charged.
Cancellation on the day of use: 100% of the reservation fee will be charged.
